A coupon is a code published through a campaign that is in the URL and provides customers/users with a number of benefits such as:
- Discount amount
- Percentage discount.
- Free shipping.
- Gift item(s).
How do I apply a voucher?
Each coupon is segmented by a series of parameters that depend on the campaign and, if they are met, the benefit is automatically applied. Promotions cannot be accumulated. Only one coupon can be applied for each purchase made.
Example: If you receive an email with a 10% discount on a specific item, when you enter ELLEBOGEN via the newsletter link and add the product to your cart, the 10% discount will be applied automatically. Please note that in this case, if you add any other product to your cart and the discounted item is not in your cart, the parameters would not be met and the benefit would not be applied.
The coupon is not applied directly, what do I do?

If you are making a purchase with an associated voucher and the benefit does not appear at checkout, make sure that your cart meets the conditions of the promotion or, if you prefer or if the benefit is still not applied, contact us directly call us at ??????? to help you apply the voucher or for us to manually apply it to your purchase.
I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE… WHY?
If you have received an error message, it is most likely because you have accessed the website through a link with an active promotion and, for some reason, you do not meet the requirements to benefit from that promotion.
- If you are interested in the promotion, it is possible that you are in breach of one of the conditions for the coupon to be validated.
- If you are not interested in the promotion and want to continue with your purchase, simply ignore the error messages and select “Do not apply promotion” to continue with the checkout process.
